What does it cost?
In the age of agentic AI, I don't measure value in hours. I work exclusively on a retainer basis — you book my expertise, not my time. This allows us to respond quickly and flexibly to what your project needs. Retainers start at EUR 3,000 net / month.
Remote or on-site?
Both. I work primarily remote but happy to come by for workshops, kickoffs or team days. Hamburg area anytime.
How quickly are you available?
Often on short notice. Just reach out — I'll honestly tell you what my current workload looks like.
What project sizes do you take on?
From a week of sprint support to multi-month CTO roles. No project is too small as long as the problem is interesting.
Do you work with non-technical people?
Especially then. I translate tech into language everyone understands. That's what my clients value most.
